Returns & Cancellations

Please Double Check your order items and shipping address on the order confirmation email once you have completed your purchase. 

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order and we will try our best to assist where we can.

We usually dispatch most orders within one working day of receiving your order so the window to make changes is very small.

No Order Changes Possible once your order has left our Warehouse

Once your order has been handed to the courier we are then Unable to cancel/amend your order or change the shipping address on it.

No Change of Mind Returns & Ordered wrong item returns

Due to the very strict Australian Customs/quarantine import requirements into Australia, we are unable to accept any returns. (the returned items will not make it back to us and and are usually destroyed by Australian customs).

Incorrect items received

Please contact us If you receive the wrong items and we will work with you to have this fixed.
